Valley Honda is a beautiful, well organized dealership with personable, knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a used car and had never owned a Honda so when I decided to stop by the dealership on my way with personable, knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a used car and had never owned a Honda so when I decided to stop by the dealership on my way home from work, I was more or less just wanting to get information on makes, models, etc. From the time I walked in until I drove my new car off the lot, the experience was excellent. My sales consultant, Julie Olson, patiently went over each and every model answering all my questions before we began test driving vehicles. I never felt rushed nor did I ever fell pressured to look at cars that were more expensive than what I could afford. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Accord EL-X and I absolutely LOVE my new car. The whole process was very organized and everyone I had contact with could not have been more helpful but it was really Julie who stood out & I will be a loyal customer for years to come. I would highly recommend Valley Honda to everyone. Not only are Honda vehicles a great value and highly reliable but dealing with a dealership such as Valley Honda is a pleasure. More

Honestly, when it came time for us to purchase another vehicle, we decided that we would not buy anything but a Honda. It is wonderful to know that we can return to Mr. Kirpanos the next time we need to purchase a car. He made what is typically a stressful experience run smoothly. Nick is an excellent salesperson. I never felt pressured into making a decision. If I had a question, he either had the answer, or asked to be sure he was giving me the answers I wanted. She met me at the door and had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting. She took me on a test drive and through your state-of-the-art facility, all the while pointing out all the important features of the vehicle. She’s very knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly. She was quick and efficient – I was out the door with my new vehicle in less than two hours! She made sure I was set up and synced with all the new technology, patient the entire time – even though I kept her well past closing time. Upon returning it, I received no negative feedback when I indicated I wanted to perform some further research before proceeding. That night I called Valley and negotiated a price over the phone. Such a welcome change from the old days of buying cars!! I fully intend to purchase my next vehicles from Valley, as I have always received superior service, whether it was from the sales staff or service staff. I sent for a quote online and got an immediate response from Steve Grady. I came in a couple of days later and met with Steve, made the deal and he started the process.
