I purchased a Civic EX-L from Nick. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had. With arriving at the dealership later in the evening you would have thought that we would have been rushed or p purchasing experiences I've ever had. With arriving at the dealership later in the evening you would have thought that we would have been rushed or pressured into making a decision. This was not the case with Nick and his sales manager Mohit. They both showed great patience with my wife and me helping us acquire the civic model at a fair price. He made me a great deal which relieved a lot of financial stress. He was great to work with and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of Honda's offerings. At the end, he sat in the passenger side of my new car while I was in the driver's side to explain to me what every button and gadget on the new car is/does. Cars now are so high tech, that I generally have no idea what half the buttons do! Because of Joe's tutorial, I feel like I understand all these tech offerings. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process he was patient and answered every one of my stupid questions with a friendly smile and well informed answer. As evident, if you're still reading this, I cannot recommend Joe enough. Valley Honda should feel lucky to have him on the team.
