Joe is unlike any car salesperson I've worked with before. He listens well, he thinks about real solutions, he understands people, he is a true gentleman, and most importantly, he is honest. His knowledge base is amazing, but if he doesn't know something, rather than coming up with an unbelievable tale, he simply admits he doesn't know and works hard to figure out the answer for you. I came to Valley Honda to look at a Honda Ridgeline. I liked many of the features I saw at the auto show last year. My last 3 cars were Jeep Grand Cherokees and I was thinking of getting a fourth. Randall, my salesman was awesome. He was very informative and if he didn't know an answer (i came up with some doosies) he would find the answer. He knew it was between two vehicles and he made my experience very enjoyable by not ever pressuring me. We actually spent two days going over the car from the ground up (literally - we were laying under the car looking at the tow wiring). He sold me on the Honda product! I've only had it a few days but i'm really liking my Ridgeline. If you're in the market for a car and unsure of what you want, look up Randall Rosen for a good shopping experience. More

My mother was looking for a new Accord - it would be her 3rd Accord in the last 25 years. My mother was originally looking at a new car but after Nick listened to her concerns, directed her to a used vehicle which fit her price range and familiarity level. He let her test drive new and old cars, explaining the differences between them all and didn't rush her in making her decision knowing that this was a big purchase for her. He practically treated her like his own mother! He was very respectful, courteous, and professional. She LOVES her 'new' vehicle! Thank you Nick! More

I was very impressed that Kurt, the sales manager, took my non-sales related emergency request seriously and provided a timely help. It was an early evening of Friday afternoon, my Honda CRV '08 failed to my non-sales related emergency request seriously and provided a timely help. It was an early evening of Friday afternoon, my Honda CRV '08 failed to start miles away from home. I called many places but got slow responses. When I called Valley Honday, Kurt told me that the service department was closed, but he can offer me a loaner as long as I can manage to get there and he will ask mechanics to check my car the first thing next morning. This is a big relief to me at the time I was very upset about the trouble. After I arrived Valley Honday, I noticed that sales people were busy closing the deals for the day, however, Kurt still completed all the paper work quickly and give me the key of Honda Accord loaner so my family can head home soon. Early next morning, Mike from the service department called and told me nothing wrong with my car, hence, no charge. I really apprecieate such a good customer service and business ethics. I wasn't at the time to purchase a car but still was treated like a valued customer. When there is nothing wrong with my car, they just give me an honest call and thank me for the business. I highly recommend this dealership. I'm sure I will consider to buy my next car at Valley Honda. More
