I went into Valley Honda to look at the 2013 Honda Accord LX. I knew I wanted the base model and nothing higher. Steve Grady greeted me when I walked in and asked how he could help. I told him I'm looking at the Accord LX and he offered a test drive, during which he explained to me the major features of the car. After the test drive we went in and played the game that you play at all dealerships for a few minutes, going back and forth. I received a price that I was happy with and then went to another dealer to compare, just to put my mind at ease that it was a fair price. That dealer couldn't beat Valley Honda's price. I came back later that afternoon and purchased the car. Steve has a great personality and is fun to work with. He called me later that night to let me know that I left my village sticker on my old car that I traded in and asked if I needed it. I recommend Valley Honda to anybody looking for a new Honda. Also, their service department is terrific. I had my other car serviced there for the last couple years and I'll continue going there to have my new car serviced. All in all they're a very professional dealership and the place is pristine. Huge layout, clean, big screen TVs, computers, comfortable chairs, and even a playroom for kids. More

After two weeks of searching for the white Honda Crosstour that I desired, I finally found it at Valley Honda! I called Valley Honda prior to driving in to verify that the Crosstour was still available and spoke with Bob Mueller who stated that it was and that he would take care of us when we arrived. When my boyfriend and I arrived at 5:00pm on Saturday, we were wowed by the pumped up energy of the dealership and how busy it was. We were greeted by the friendly staff and immediately met Bob Mueller. Bob introduced us to Mario Morath who took over and guided us right to "my" vehicle. Mario was friendly, professional and most importantly, not pushy. Mario was able to work the deal and hand me the keys in only a couple short hours. Our next step was to meet Rose in finance to finalize the "numbers". Rose was friendly, professional and informative. Her presentation of the "numbers" was concise and she demonstrated she knew her stuff! Both Mario and Rose made the whole experience painless and most importantly we did not feel as if we were taken advantage of. In retrospect, the only thing that we were a little disappointed about was that we were not offered the opportunity to go over the basics of the phone and navigation settings of the vehicle. I highly recommend Valley Honda as the dealership to go to for your next vehicle! I love my Crosstour and have no regrets! More

I chose to shop at Valley Honda due to our previous experience with their service department on our other vehicle, which had originally been purchased and serviced at a competing dealership. The service that we received was first rate and that's what prompted me to stop by Valley Honda to look at a couple of models. I had the pleasure of working with with James Kirpanos. He helped me narrow down my "must haves" and gave recommendations that made the decision of what to buy so easy. I appreciated his patience during this whole process. I never felt pressured or coerced into buying something that I didn't want. He was able to get me into a beautiful car at a very fair price. I drove away a very happy and satisfied customer. I would recommend James at Valley Honda to anyone who may be looking for a car - you won't be disappointed. This is the best car buying experience that I have ever had. More
Was looking for a new Honda Pilot and had settled on a Touring model. Valley Honda had a great inventory to choose from, so I thought a look would be in order. Another dealership had given me a good price, but I wanted to see what Valley would do. When I entered the dealership. I was impressed by the open layout and comfortable surroundings. Next, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, as everyone I dealt with had a warm, friendly attitude. As previously stated, I could have received a little better price at another dealership. However, I like to base a purchase on more than price and when a dealership projects a feeling of trust, a few dollars doesn't matter. My salesman, Dan Pantalone, was knowledgeable, excellent to work with and took as much time as was required to explain the features of my new vehicle. Buying a new vehicle never easy, but the folks at Valley Honda, from salesman, sales manager and finance officer, made it a smooth transaction. More
Jab was so wonderful to work with at Valley Honda. We are in Colorado, and through AutoTrader found our Odyssey. I was very specific in what I wanted, and as soon as I found a certified Odyssey that mat are in Colorado, and through AutoTrader found our Odyssey. I was very specific in what I wanted, and as soon as I found a certified Odyssey that matched my criteria, I called Valley Honda. I was connected with Jab, and he was easy to work with, honest about the background on the vehicle. We completed the paperwork via FedEx, and my husband flew out to pickup the van and drive it back. Jab was AWESOME!! He picked up my husband at O'Hare - over an hour away. Now THAT is customer service! We've had the Odyssey 1 year now - and put over 50,000 miles on it driving to dog events. I cannot say enough nice things about the van, our buying experience, and Jab willing to go the extra mile!! I can't wait until we need another Odyssey - I know where I'm going! More

Dave Avemian: I have the most pleasant experience at Valley Honda. It all stared with Dave Avemian. From the minute I dealt with him he consistently followed up with out hounding. Every time that I have a question he knows the answer about features. When I walked in without appointment, he came to me to meet and greet and mentioned he is with a customer and assigned Brian Roman, & Alicia Machen (Trainee). Brian Roman, & Alicia Machen (Trainee): Brian is exceptional Sales Manager and Alicia Mache may be new but already comfortable in what she does, before Brian took me to test drive for both Honda Accord and CRV, he took his time and explained all the features. No other dealer explained anything about the car that they are selling. Some lack the basic knowledge of the features. He was very patient throughout the process. Even I changed my mind about colors I didn’t see him stressed out he brought the car I wanted and we went to test drive again. Even after sale he followed up to make sure everything is OK. Delivery: Car was delivered in EXCEPTIONAL condition, cleaning crew did fantastic job. SPOT LESS. Owner (Bob Navvaro): At the end when it comes to Delivery, the owner of the Valley Honda came to us to thank us for the business. We didn’t even see him, he saw us in the delivery room (heated) going home, he parked his car came into the delivery room to thank us. It just shows how he cared about his customers. He has option of leaving at 8:00pm, but chooses to come to us and thanking us which I thought was exceptional. Overall it was a great pleasant experience. OTHER DEALERS: Their competitor didn’t know the features of Honda Accord and some didn’t bother even saying Hi when we walk in to buy the cars, one dealer sales guy took even the parking spot to park different customer car even after he saw us waiting…I hope they learn from these guys. More

We had previously setup an appointment with Mr. Brian Roman to discuss this process and look at a New Honda. Both Garnett and I agree our experience at Valley Honda was enhanced by Mr. Roman's professionalism, curtsey and willingness to assist us with our purchase. Brian's knowledge of the product gave us a sense of ease, and I was amazed at his confidence level given his young age. As a businessman myself, I see a bright future for Brian, he is definitely a grand asst to Valley Honda. We were also very impressed with the young lady that managed the financial end of our transaction at Valley Honda, though for the life of me I can not remember her name. Oh well, I am sure you know who she is, I am sure she get's many compliments from your customers. As a person who has first hand knowledge of auto dealerships and their service areas, I must say your facility reminded me quit a bit of my weeks spent at the GM Training Center in Pittsburgh, PA nearly 50 years ago. The training areas were so clean one could eat off the floor!
