I worked with Jab Rahman for my 2012 Pilot. I was originally called when I brought in my CRV for service, and they advised they would offer top dollar for my CRV. Jab made sure that he was transparent about what was taking place with negotiations and pricing. Jab and his finance manager Mohit Saini took a non-adverserial approach and made it clear they were willing to work with what I wanted to do. Both gentlemen made the experience pleasant and I left with a much better post-purchase feeling than I had the first time. More

I'm from NY & was looking for a Honda dealership in the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I researched dealers in the area & this one had the best rating so I decided to giv the area due to the fact that my son attends college in the area. I originally was dealing with Jim Hanahan who was a very nice young man, but then was assigned Andrew Becker who was a very nice young man also. The other staff I dealt with was Stephanie & Mari from the finance dept. who did a great job Fed Exing the paperwork that needed to be filled out, both young ladies were very polite & helpful with all my questions. When I got to the dealer I met Andrew Becker briefly & he introduced me to Tom Propersi who took over from that point. I was very impressed with Tom from the beginning, he was very thorough ( to say the least ), knowledgable of the product & patient. He made the process an easy experience. Upon delivery of the car he explained all the features of the vehicle & answered all questions we had for him in great detail & made sure my son ( whom the car was for, his first )understood everything. He even made sure the bluetooth was paired & all the info uploaded to the car. Tom also took the time to show us the service dept. explain to my son what to do when he needs service. In closing all I want to say is that if you need a Honda go see Tom Propersi & you won't regret it. More

It was a memorable experience, where Andrew explained the various options and took the pain to showcase the various models, highlighting very clearly the difference between each of them. You buy from people you like - all things being equal or better (i.e., price, service, quality, etc). We liked Jab very much and will give him our future business & referrals. I entered every car dealer like most people, with the fear that I was going to be eaten by vultures. I wasn't. What atracted me first was the prompt response by Katy Meyer with the best price. First of all she was sincere and had a very competant attitude. I have never bouught a car from a woman before but never once had that thought occured to me until after the sale. The reason being , I never felt anything but fairness and thoughtfulness which put me so at ease. Simply , I felt trust in her working with me. She showed all around the very state-of-the-art facility where all my "car needs" could be met and my waiting time (If Needed ) would be pleasurable. Customer service there is the best I have ever seen. Usually the salesperon brings in the finance person and as a woman alone, its scary.You are outnumbered.
