Chuck Vosburgh helped me from start to finish with my purchase, which spanned 3 separate visits to the dealer and several test-drives. I knew what I wanted to pay (and could afford) and Chuck was great at helping me dialogue with the dealership to make it happen. He was direct, courteous, and never pushy. Car salesmen rightly have a rather bad rap. In my mind though, Chuck was the furthest from the stereotypes you could be. There was an authenticity to the way he spoke, suggested options, and asked questions, I sincerely appreciated that! Chuck and Valley Honda have a customer for life. :) More

We have had numerous email exchanges with Dwan regarding purchasing a 2012 CRV EX 2WD. He provided detailed information regarding the Sales price, document fees, sales taxes & new license fees. When we came into the dealership to close the deal we found Dwan to be very personable and professional. He went over all the features of the car and took his time to let us ask questions about the different components of the car. We felt that he was there to serve us and assist us with completing our purchase of car we have been looking for over a four month period. Within a few minutes Michelle pointed out several features that I had not been shown previously. Michelle went above and beyond as the vehicle that I was looking for was not in their inventory and I needed the car for an upcoming trip within three days. She had the "team" locate a suitable vehicle in Wisconsin and make sure that it was ready for me in time. On delivery, Michelle took the time to point out several additional features that were useful on our trip, saving me time! While I have only owned the vehicle a short time, the entire staff at Valley Honda has been very polite and helpful as the vehicle was in for several after-market items following our trip. More

He was very personable, knowledgable, and helpful. Not at all pushy or overbearing like I've found many sales people to be. After my test drive, I was even taken on a tour in back to see their massive auto shop, very impressive. Even more impressive was the area customers wait while their vehicles are being worked on. There are televisions, dozens of computers, a coffee station, they take care of you for sure. Overall, with Jose's help and guidance, the impressive facility, and of course the Honda Civic itself, my time spent at Valley Honda was Five Star. I know I made the right choice. More

Jab and Mohit were very courteous and the whole process was very smooth. Jab took us on a test drive and got the car ready while the paperwork was being done. Till the time we left dealership, he took care of our needs. I definitely will recommend Jab to anyone. The dealership is also excellent in terms of conveniences offered. I had a 4 year old with me and she could play there easily while we were doing paperwork making it easy for us to get things done. 1 hour drive was worth it. More

It is always a pleasure to do business there; they run a very tight ship and Joe is a real pro, a gentlemen and knowledgeable at tha at Valley Honda. The great thing about Valley Honda is the obvious pride the employees have of the place. It is a real jewel in how clean, organized and consistently courteous all the employees are when you come in. Even when you get to see the back work areas, it is amazing how spotless everything is. And now when you purchase or lease a car, it is delivered to you in a special showroom just for displaying purchased cars.
