Rab had great customer service. He was very nice and was easy to work with. The dealership itself is very high tech with computers to use while you wait and coffee and tea. Jose is new but very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He patiently showed us all of the features and was very good at pointing out the features that might be important for our needs with teenagers. When we asked about certain features, he answered and then inquired if that was positive from our perspective. He is very friendly and comfortable to work with, and made the process of selecting a vehicle and negotiating a price easy for us. He showed us how to use the website. After the sale, he followed up to make sure things were going well with the vehicle and to see if we I had questions. Jose made effective use of email to answer my many questions and to check on us regarding our return and on our satisfaction afterwards. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Kurt made sure that we were attended to, and he came over to our discussion with Jose and volunteered a lower price to get things moving when we visited for the first time. He was equally attentive to both husband and wife, which is good since this purchase was for the latter driver. He runs a fine showroom floor. Stephanie helped answer questions about extended warranty via email and the payment process and thereby helped us get to point of sale. Final sale process went quickly and smoothly because she was well-prepared. All of these staff members were extremely busy and were working very long hours (70 hour week) during the Honda Days sales which took place at the time that our vehicle arrived came in for prep and for our purchase. They (esp. Jose) still took time to answer my emails, field my phone calls, walk us through the website, and personalize features on the new car at pick-up. No hassles, very friendly feeling, people are always trying to please you here. What a difference from the old days at car dealerships. More

I was walking around the lot while waiting for an oil change to be done on a prior purchase from this dealership. I found a vehicle that I did like and Marco approached me and asked me first how my day was and if there was anything he could help me with second. He did not "brush me off" or "push me" in one direction, which are experiences I have had in the past with other dealerships. The first time we purchased a vehicle from this dealership, is also the reason we purchased a second vehicle from this dealership. The customer service here is beyond amazing. Every employee treats each customer in the dealership as number one and important. I was not able to complete the deal on my current purchase the first day and I did walk away from a deal. Both the sales and finance persons followed up with me and reached out to me by phone and email making it convienent for me to return their outreach at my convienence, in which I did and was able to make my purchase. The purchasing process was probably the easiest part, Marco was very helpful in helping me figure out exactly what I needed to provide to them and what they could provide to me. The amenities in this dealership are incredible and they truly are honest people, as we know it is a business but they really do try and help everyone who walks in. Marco was very great in making sure I didn't have any questions unanswered and was honest as well. Marco is very knowledgable but if I did have a question he was unsure of, he was honest and told me he would have to look into it. Rather then pretending to know the answer to my question and possibly give me a stale response, he was sure to get an answer for me promptly. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and so far have worked with two sales (Marco Maldonaldo and Chuck Vosborough) and two finance (Sam and Manny) all of these employees were polite, helpful and respectful to all needs in both purchases. I started my car buying knowing I wanted a Honda Civic Si. With that in mind I decided to try a new to me buying/negotiation method of emailing dealers for quotes. I emailed 6 local dealers with what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I received several less than flattering emails from dealers basically indicating they did not want to deal with me. Mario was the only person that treated me like a customer with respect and attention. He got me the lowest price I was able to find from publicly available pricing. I went in for the purchase and he had all the paperwork finished and waiting, car cleaned and waiting, and financing all ready. Literally the fastest I have ever purchased a car. I had follow-up questions and need for accessories following the purchase and he was able to take care of my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer and Mario for my unusually pleasant car buying experience. More
