Jim was GREAT. He was able to have all of the information for me right away. He told me what the price was and what my payments would be. He had the car I wanted in stock and I got it the next day. He had everything all set up for me to come in and see the car and take it for a test drive ( If I wanted). I did not need to test drive it as it is a Honda. Jim then had me out of the sales and on to show me all the things on car in less the 2 hours. He then spent over an hour and a half showing me every thing about the car. This was the by far the best salesman I have ever had in over 50 years of buying cars. Everybody at Vally Honda was just great from Jim's boss the the lady in the credit dept. They all made you feel that you were so important. I just hope Jim is there the next time I go in for a new car. I was also able to meet the owner of Vally Honda and he makes you feel that you are so important that you want to go back for your next car. More

Thank you Valley Honda for a very positive buying experience. We looked online for weeks for a van. After seeing one of interest at Valley Honda, we made a phone call. He was friendly, professional, and was more than helpful answering questions about the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle via the internet and phone calls. Mario took care of all the paperwork at the dealership and actually DELIVERED the vehicle to our business in central Wisconsin. It was very hard for us to travel during business hours, so he said he would see "what he could do for us". The next day, he informed us that he would bring the van to us. Now, THAT'S SERVICE. When he arrived, the paperwork was all in order, ready for signing. Everything went down without a hitch. I would recommend Valley Honda to anyone. Although we never visited the dealership in person, everyone we spoke with was courteous and professional. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will certainly check here first. Thanks again! The purchasing process for my new car was not tedious and I never felt pressured by my sales associate, Michelle Malvasio. Michelle is very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I never felt that she was only interested in making a sale. Instead, I felt her goal was to make sure I was happy with my car and got the best deal for me.
