Mario and Jab lead me through the whole process of buying my car step by step at my pace. They listened to all my concerns and were eager to answer them. Salesmanship: Pat Malik was professional, courteous, and just the right amount of friendly. Pat was not pushy and was genuine in his interest to find the right vehicle for me. The info of the used car of my interest was offered to me in a nice booklet for my review (Carfax report,their inspection highlights,repairs,etc. Dealership: Appearance was meticulous,the emloyees were all dressed well and all seemed happy. This to me reflects that if the employees are treated well and are happy...then customers will be treated well. The customer area was very comfortable and trimmed with things to make waiting enjoyable and or productive (wifi, PC's, TV, coffee, desks, cubicles). Also surprising was that the onwer of the Dealership came by and introduced himself and spoke to me for a few minutes. I can honestly say that this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience in a dealership. I hope the vehicle I bought turns out to be as good as it seems. :) More

Great car buying experience. I was able to get the best price on the 2012 Honda Civic that I was looking for at this location, and dealing with Chuck Vosburgh was an absolute pleasure. The facility itself is overwhelming; I've never seen a dealership with as many service bays, as much staff available to assist potential buyers, and as many services and seating for their guests. This is a dealership that obviously intends to deliver the best customer service in the area, and is willing to make the investments for this to be possible. There is a Honda dealer a few miles from my house, and Valley Honda is quite a drive, but it was well worth the trip. After visiting the local dealer, I was very dissatisfied with the aggressive "let's make a deal before you walk out the door" attitude; whereas dealing with Chuck was a very pleasurable experience which made me feel comfortable giving this location my business. There were no 'last minute' surprises which came up prior to signing; everything was exactly as agreed. The tour of the dealership was extremely helpful, and made me feel comfortable to return should any issues arise, and confident that top notch service would be provided. As for the car itself; the 2012 Honda Civic is excellent. I recommend this dealer to anyone interested in the purchase or lease of a Honda. More
