We had been researching Coupe Models and had narrowed it down to Volkswagen (Beetle) and Honda(Civic). We were looking for a model with good MPG ratings, curb appeal, and interior options. He drove up in(spoiler alert!) our car, a charcoal grey beauty that we loved. Bill walked us through the features and we went for a test drive. We were sold! Not only were we impressed with the Civic, but Bill's no-pressure approach was a refreshing change to previous auto purchasing adventures. From the very beginning I couldn't be happier with the service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted t service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted to test drive in this down economy. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly.
