Like many people in the market for a car, I normally dread the experience. No one likes to "be sold," and at many dealerships they don't want you to leave the place until they have tried hard to "close" dread the experience. When I asked for them to e-mail me some pricing because I was running late for something, they said sure. I walked out. They didn't seem afraid that I wouldn't come back. And you know what? I came back. They said it many times, that they wanted to earn my business, and they did. We met the owner of the dealership as we were signing all the documents, and he was as nice as could be. I'd have no problem referring anybody to this dealership. And my v6 Accord is great! More
