Sean jumped up and told me that he had another CRV on the lot, same year, same number of miles, same EXL style, just a gray color instead of silver. We were quoted an excellent price and traded in our Honda Civics, deciding to do a 3 year lease on both of the new cars. Sean & Kurt could not have been more accomodating and did everything possible to make the process an easy one, making our decision to buy easy! Usually buying a car can take endless hours in a showroom but not at Valley Honda, Sean and Kurt helped us fill out all of the paperwork, we were very impressed with the terms of the lease, the pricing due to the special going on and feel we will receive excellent service in the future. We went for a test drive, and Jimmy was laughing and joking around with all of us during the test drive. After we got back, we negotiated the price a little bit and we settled on a deal. The process was typical for buying a car. It wasn't a very long wait, unlike other dealerships I have been to in the past. After the deal was done, he even offered to put in a full tank of gas into her car with his own card. He was definitely a man of his word. I ordered my car, and the sales person kept in contact throughout the whole process and kept me well informed about the progress of my car. When I took delivery, I only had a short window of time to work with, and the sales person did everything he could to ensure the delivery was seamless and I was in and out in a short time. He took extra care to make sure my wife understood how to use all of the technology and was comfortable with all of the features. The dealership is clean and comfortable, with free wi-fi, and computers in the waiting room for service. These 2 purchases have been the best car buying experiences of my life. Highly recommended. He took the time to introduce himself, and I told him I was interested in the CR-V. His knowledge of the product was very impressive, and his friendliness made him fun to work with. After a test drive, I settled on a 2010 black Honda CR-V. Before I left the dealership, Mohit prepped my car and made sure I understood each and every detail, making sure I understood each and every feature. The entire staff at Valley Honda- from the sales staff to the management staff, and finance department- surpassed even our highest expectations.
