He wasn’t at all pushy and he paid close attention to detail with my concerns. Initially I was interested in a 2019 Civic LX and he suggested that I looked into a 2019 Civic EX because it would have a better resale value down the road, and it actually had way more features than the one I initially was looking at. He worked long and hard with his team (Jack, and the GM Don) to make sure that the price range would be affordable for me. We ended up doing a lease that is perfectly in range of what I was looking for in a monthly note. I really appreciate him making my first car financing experience a great one. I am in love with my new car, and I would highly recommend Tom for anyone looking for pleasant car financing experience :-) More
