(We planned to work with Austin again but he was not working the day we came in.) Both Dave and Austin did an excellent job representing the vehicles purchased, down to the final detail. Their first concern was always with our comfort through the purchasing process. Five years ago we purchased our first Honda and did so from another dealer as we did not have a good experience at Valley. I brought our 2008 Odyssey in for some minor repairs and was pleasantly surprised by how eas Had a great experience which started on the service side. I brought our 2008 Odyssey in for some minor repairs and was pleasantly surprised by how easy and efficient the process was including the ability to get a loaner car instead of having to wait around. Then I connected with Dave in sales who introduced me to the latest 2018 Odyssey. Thanks to Julie I was able to get a great deal on my trade in as well as negotiate a very fair price for the brand new 2018 Odyssey (wonderful car by the way). Dave did a great job explaining all of the new technology in the Odyssey and helped with all the personal settings which was important because my family was leaving on a road trip the next day. Even the finance guy was pleasant to work with making all the paperwork very easy to complete and understand (not to mention a great interest rate). Will definitely refer others to Valley Honda and buy there again myself. Thanks again to Dave and the entire team. More
