I asked for a photo of the car since I was having sketchy feeling about dealerships already after horrible experiences and Kurt sent me a whole video showing me everything. He even sent me a photo of the form after calculating in interest, license plate, and other regular fees you would have for buying a new car, and was showed me exactly what I would be paying. The pricing never changed when I got there. They were all very welcoming, and had the car ready for me to test drive. Best experience from a dealership ever. The negotiations were handled flawlessly and Fred spent a great amount of time explaining the cars technology. Courteous, friendly, professional - what more can you ask for?
