From the time I called into the location questioning i I just wanted to state what a wonderful experience I had with my car purchase at Valley Honda. From the time I called into the location questioning if the car that I saw advertised was still available to the finalization of my purchase. Kattia Venegas was so helpful and extremely professional, she had sent me a personal video of the 2013 Infiniti G37 for me to review and share with my family and friends and actually followed me to the rental car facility across the street after my purchase. It was a traumatic week for me since my reason for getting a new car was due to an accident that occurred on Sunday. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect and by the end of the process I left happy and for the first time since the accident at ease and relaxed.
