I cannot believe the incredible service! As a first time car buyer, I had a huge amount of apprehension going into this experience. However, Sal was a fantastic associate to guide me through As a first time car buyer, I had a huge amount of apprehension going into this experience. However, Sal was a fantastic associate to guide me through this process. He was patient, understanding, and he explained everything thoroughly and clearly. If I had any questions, Sal was willing to answer it without hesitation. When it came to starting the process of leasing the car, Sal found me the exact car I was looking for and he went above and beyond to make sure that the price was within my budget. In total, the process was far less painful than most stories I hear from other people. I walked out of the door with the car I wanted and the price I wanted, and I couldn't have had a better experience, even when I had to go back when there was an issue with my car hood. Sal was right there to help out and expedite the service to fix it so I could leave the dealership asap. Sal is a gold star and I would love to work with him again or refer him to any of my friends who are looking for a car! More

Horrible experience with service department I took my new van in to have the Bluetooth microphone looked at. I had previously reserved a van and when I got to the dealership I was told that a re I took my new van in to have the Bluetooth microphone looked at. I had previously reserved a van and when I got to the dealership I was told that a rental van was not available. Amazingly, after questioning the service rep, he found an available loaner van. I had to call the dealership multiple times regarding the status of the repair only to get my vehicle back with it telling me my oil needs to be changed as well as a B1 code. How this wasn’t noticed while my car was at the dealership is beyond me. I have been a Valley Honda customer since 2006 and I am very disappointed. More

Good experience This is the first time I've purchased a car from this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised. I hare buying cars and have too many bad experiences The people were friendly and Our sales person, Oswaldo, did not use high pressure tactics. He allowed me to walk away and think things over. When it came time to talk price he clearly stated what the final drive away cost would be. The one thing tha t drives me crazy at all dealerships is e time it takes to drive away in your new car once you've stuck a deal. In this case, 2 hours which was one of my shorter experiences. Valley Honda was recommended to me by a friend and I recommend it. More
