Always have had a good experience. Wednesday night, we stopped in to talk to Brandon Sullivan, the salesman that we had talked to on Saturday. He was sick so Sal stepped in. No high pressure! We ended up buying a used Honda CR-V. Katy Meyer is also phenomenal. We first met her in 2013 when my son leased a Civic. It was a Friday that I came to first look at, test drive, and get a price quote on the car and it was all a very professional and informative experience. I worked with Hootan Nour who was so knowledgeable and willing to work to work with me to get me the best deal possible. After thinking about the car over the weekend, I decided to come back to buy it the following Monday. Hootan was very communicative and made sure everything was ready for me when I got to the dealership. The process of actually purchasing the car was so quick and easy and Hootan helped explain all the parts of the car buying process. I'm so impressed by the great deal I was offered and how seriously the dealership took me as a young person buying my first new car. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda for anyone wanting to buy a car in the Chicago suburbs! More

Prepared for the worst, but ended up suprised. My wife and I were planning to get a new car, and spent a long time researching crappy tactics various car dealerships employ. We were prepared going in, and despite that found that most of our knowledge proved in effective, as we were not faced with those issues. We had visited 3 or 4 other dealerships in the area, and were faced with places boasting of their no pressure tactics (ehem Gerald Kia/Subaru both), as they had both the manager and sales person trying everything to keep us in the store. Even to the point, "We will bring food in if you buy it right now." We have a general rule, of once we pick something we sit overnight. We make our decision without having a sales rep in our ear the majority of the time, and try to justify why this car is worth 2K more than this other car to us. But this was a breath of fresh air. Working with both Chase Tullet and Alex Jaquez were easy to deal with, helpful and not pushy. It was easy to walk out with out it being a big deal, and they provided us with cars that met our needs, not "but this car is only 2K more than your price range". :) I recommend this place and those two to anyone buying a car. More

Steve was attentive to detail and patiently walked us through the whole process start to finish. He was also very knowledgeable about all the features unique to our car. Stress Free Experience I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the front door! The facility alone was the nicest dealership I'd been to - but the customer service I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the front door! The facility alone was the nicest dealership I'd been to - but the customer service is what ultimately drove me to purchase a car here. Fred was incredibly personable, knowledgeable and respected my situation without question. (I wasn't there to buy a car - I was from out of town and, while visiting my parents, wanted to show my Dad what cars I had been considering driving.) Fred never once pressured me to purchase a car that day and even knowing he wasn't going to get a sale, he spent a significant amount of time with my Dad and I - showing us all of the features of the car, allowing us both to test drive, and even went and got a Service Technician (Kevin) when my Dad asked a question he didn't know the answer to.) I left Valley Honda not only confident I wanted to purchase the CR-V, but also that I wanted to return to buy the car from Fred even though I didn't live close!! I'm very glad that I did. Fred was just as helpful, friendly, and patient the second time I visited - this time with my mom - and spent ample time answering our questions, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire car buying process. The only issue that arose was a number of paperwork (clerical) errors that slowed up the buying process. Several different papers that I had to sign were drawn up with an incorrect VIN number - thankfully Fred noticed most of them and got them corrected prior to me signing the title. Unfortunately, I found one set of papers (once I got home) that wasn't correct and immediately reached out to Fred. Fred got back to me within an hour and promised to rectify the situation. Regardless of these small errors, I am grateful to have purchased a car from Fred at Valley Honda! I definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!
