He made shopping around so easy. I chose them instantly as they were priced much more competitively than the dealership in Champaign. The entire experience was simple and professional. I found none of this at Valley Honda when working with John Griffin. I felt John was always helping us make our decision. He listened to our needs and explained how the Honda CRV would meet them. He welcomed & answered our questiions clearly and was very patient explaining the many safety & technological features of the vehicle. Most of all John made us comfortable, we felt respected, and we all seemed to even have fun with the whole process. Based on my internet research & price comparisons I feel we arrived at a fair price & the business aspects of the transaction were handled efficiently.
