He sent a couple “check-in” emails and when I was ready I let him know the date and time I would be in. He greeted me and we got right into what I wanted and how I wanted to get there. He let me dictate th process and was constantly asking questions to fully understand my needs. We came to an agreement on price/trade and the deal was finalized. He was there the whole time and responded quickly to every question or concern. He saw me off at the end of the transaction and thanked me for my business.
