Make Sal your pal! Sal is the best of the best. He is polite, attentive, courteous, and informative. My husband and I were together but the car we were replacing was Sal is the best of the best. As a woman , I appreciated him talking to me and not just negotiating with my husband. We spent almost 5 hours there and there was no feeling of being rushed. He knew the answers to our questions, advised us of all options and was very attentive during parts of the purchase where we had to wait. This is our third Honda purchase from valley and I think they are the best of the best. I would not think twice about referring anyone to this dealership. I have also worked in sales and understand the importance of customer service. Cannot say enough about the whole experience. More

Generally very good experience Their price was fair; however they played games with the value of my tradein. After telling me that by trading the car to them rather than selling it Their price was fair; however they played games with the value of my tradein. After telling me that by trading the car to them rather than selling it on the open market I would save the cost of a 7% tax rate (which is applied to the DIFFERENCE between the new car value and the tradein), they proceeded to take back most of that savings by offering me a lower tradein value than the market indicates. They claimed that my car probably would have to be loaded onto a truck to be taken elsewhere to sell, at great cost to them. This was probably not true; it was a very low-mileage Toyota Prius in virtually perfect condition that probably will sell in a few days at a very fair profit margin. This was the only really negative thing I can say about this dealer. In other ways the salesman and his supervisor were very good. More
