Katy was unbelievably responsive from the moment we reached out to the dealership, answered all manner of questions (from car-related to paperwork), and located the exact car we were looking for. Iryna was a phenomenal guide through the process, from the few and short periods of time we were waiting for paperwork, to the test drive, to the tour of the car's features. Not to mention she is a very warm and friendly person, who was attentive to our boys' needs throughout (the dealership is wonderful space - with computers, a lounge, and beverages for kids and adults alike). Katy and Iryna answered all of our questions, made us feel taken care of throughout, and we never felt any "upsell" pressure or to make a decision. They were top notch, right up to helping us with the family photo with the old car and new car, and the follow-up asking if we have any questions. Great experience We purchased a used Odyssey from Jeremy Andrews at Valley Honda. After searching on-line for a few weeks we found a vehicle/price we were interested i We purchased a used Odyssey from Jeremy Andrews at Valley Honda. After searching on-line for a few weeks we found a vehicle/price we were interested in at Valley Honda and contacted Jeremy, however he told us that two other people were at the dealership looking at it. We went to the dealership anyways and the van was purchased by the time we got there. Jeremy patiently talked through other vehicles in stock and let both my wife and I each test drive vehicles. We found another van that we liked more than the first one and we eventuallly bought it. Jeremy spent most of his Saturday with us despite a busy showroom of other people. We felt listened to and that he understood what was important to us in the vehicle and price, and didn’t push us to vehicles that were not possible options. He also gave us the right balance of attention and space to make a decision. We will definitely start our next vehicle search with a call to Jeremy. More

Happy New Honda Owner This was not only my first time buying a Honda, but also my first time buying my own car. He made the process a lot more enjoyable than I was expecting, and addressed every concern I had completely. Mohit was the sale manager for my experience, and he had all of the answers to the nitty gritty hard to explain questions. I had my parents hovering over me for the whole process, but both Ken and Mohit did a phenomenal job of ensuring that all of their questions and concerns were completely addressed even though I was the only one signing for the car. The good service even continued after the sale, as I decided to cancel a certain protection plan I realized I did not need after-all. I was already back in college at this point, but the dealership was nice enough to pay for and organize one day shipping to get me a new contract to sign in time for the deadline since I could not make it there in person. Great dealership with many options, nice workers, and very excellent service. More
