I do not like the pressure of buying a car and he definitely did not make me feel pressured. At first the pricing wasn't working out for us but with a little negotiation and talking they did what they could to make us satisfied. After the sale, Andy went above and beyond to go over all the features and made sure he answered all our questions despite it being 11PM by that time. He never made us feel rushed as it was very late by the time the whole process was wrapped up. He gave me a follow up call the next day to see how the car was and I had one question for him, told me he would find out and get back to me. !0 min later called me back and answered the question. Very good customer service. Also, the facility is amazing. Very comfortable if your waiting for service to be done. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also Andy to anyone interested in a new Honda. Valley Honda.....keep up the good work! More

First and foremost, we are very thankful to Brittany Brandon for helping the most in explaining the details of the Pilot and CRV during the test drive First and foremost, we are very thankful to Brittany Brandon for helping the most in explaining the details of the Pilot and CRV during the test drive and also guiding us with a very reasonable quote, that helped us in closing the deal sooner than later, although we honestly missed her presence on the day we purchased the vehicle, but it would be really unfair not calling out the patience and the effort of Nick Poole and Andy Kovalsky who took good care of us in her absence on the day of closing. Overall it was really a great experience and at the same time little tiring for a lot of people including their staff and my wife. This was the first time I was buying the car with the dealer, had I known the fact or educated of the fact that I can come collect the Car next day, or something like that., I would have definitely avoided the late night effort for their employees as well as to my pregnant wife. Anyways, I would need to mention something about Nick and Andy's confidence and professionalism they showed throughout the deal and never hesitated to compromise on that quote a bit. I felt it is good for any company to have such smart professionals, really impressed, I know I was bit disappointed that I could not get the fair further down, but learned a lot from this experience :-) I would definitely recommend Valley Honda to other for their excellent customer service, friendly and open sales team and also excellent service team. I've had the pleasure of working with their General Manager Don Davis and he goes out of his way to make sure that their customers are happy with their experience. I have work with Jab one of their oustanding and very personable sales managers on multiple occasions along with Cesar a very knowledgeable sales associate. They all recongize that different customers have different needs and will customize their buying approach to the customers needs. Their service department rocks and the time they spend post service is outstanding. Throw out every preconceived notion you have about a car dealership and go here for a wonderful experience.
