Tom immediately made us feel at ease by his professional, no pressure, careful listening to our needs and wants. After a few test drives we identified the car we wanted and within a short period of time we had made our decision. Tom showed us the service center and shared maintenance tips for our new vehicle. At the end of the day, we drove home very happy owners of a new Honda.
