Outstanding and very helpful I met Adam when I was in for service of my car. I went to the showroom and he was very helpful with answering my initial questions. Awesome!! Valley Honda was not my first choice but it will be for the rest of my life. I was in the process of trading in/selling my old vehicle and I couldn't Valley Honda was not my first choice but it will be for the rest of my life. I was in the process of trading in/selling my old vehicle and I couldn't find a dealership that would work with me unless I was willing to pay $650+ a month in car payments. One dealership went from offering me $12,500 trade in value on my car, down to $10,000, down to $9,000, and ended their offer at $7,500 with a $7,000 dollar down payment. Valley Honda understood that I am 23 years old with two kids and supporting a family of four on just my income and they worked with me. They understood it just isn't safe to be driving around a Ford Focus with two kids (15months and a newborn). What did they do? Got me into a 2016 Honda CR-V its even fully loaded. The best part is my payments went up $20 from what I was paying before. . . Not $300+! I worked with Ken Negley and he took care of me from beginning to end. The vehicle was even delivered to me. I have never had it easy going vehicle shopping but these guys really know what they are doing and I will be coming using this dealer again in the future! Extremely impressed!!! More

They have plenty of things to do if you were waiting for your car to be serviced. The sophisticated coffee station was a plus! Kevin was our dealer and he was incredibly helpful. He patiently and thoroughly took his time to go over each step of the process. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or pressured. Also, since the car I bought has a lot of new to me technology, Kevin explained every feature in detail to make sure I felt comfortable leaving. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kevin!
