Smoother Than Silk Last year we decided it was time for a new SUV. We first research many different SUV's, and top rated dealerships. The dealership is the most professional dealership we've ever encountered, from dress, demeanor and professionalism. We met Dave once we started looking at cars and he was never pushy, answered our questions and pointed out attributes of the Honda Pilot. He has a quiet demeanor, yet great knowledge of his products. When we choose a color they didn't have or couldn't find, it was ordered from the factory. We were so excited and waited patiently on our car. Today, we picked it up, exactly what we wanted, color and all. Dave demonstrated all the car functions and answered our question, things went as "smooth as silk". I wanted to see the new Ridgeline and he had one ready for us when we arrived. His knowledge of this newly redesigned truck was impressive and he was able to answer any questions I had. He took us on a very helpful test drive demonstrating all the features. The color I preferred was unavailable but they had one scheduled for production soon. Jason kept me informed of the progress and called a couple days earlier than expected to tell me it was in. This is our second purchase from Valley and based on the dealership itself and employees like Jason, it won't be our last, thanks for everything! More
