Visiting Valley since 2012, I have leased a CR-V, leased a Civic, leased a Civic Coupe, and bought a CR-V. In addition, this past weekend we traded in our CR-V and Coupe for a more family (size) friendly Pilot and Fit. We couldn't be more happier. Randall has been my go-to guy since 2013 and he couldn't have made our car buying experiences any better. The location is clean and the amenities are great. We were at the dealership for about 3 hours on a busy Saturday with a 5 year old and 11 month old. The kids room kept the kids entertained and busy with the toys and TV. The TV's and coffee & tea station kept the husband entertained. We brought in two well loved Honda's and left with two better ones. Hands down the best place to purchase and service your vehicles. Stephanie walked us through the paperwork and financing and, as usual, it was quick and efficient. Thanks Randall and Stephanie for being such a blessing to work with. I'll never go anywhere else. My family and I were in the market for a new SUV and started I had a great experience recently with Randall Rosen over at Valley Honda in Naperville. My family and I were in the market for a new SUV and started talking with Randall months ago about the Honda Pilot while looking at other makes and models as well. Randall took the time to answer all my initial questions, was friendly and courteous to my entire family, and let me do my own research diligence on my own terms. When we narrowed it down to the Pilot and the Highlander I was back in to ask Randall more questions and again Randall answered everything. Randall was a big reason why we went with the Pilot. Throughout the negotiation process Randall was respectful of all my requirements and worked hard to achieve a win-win for both of us. In the end, I wound up going with Randall and Valley over another Honda dealership which offered me a cheaper price because Randall had kept his word at every step and it was my turn to do the same. My fears were completely dispelled after just a moment of speaking. He made me feel so at home, and greeted me like an old family friend. He made the whole car buying experience incredibly enjoyable. He was very thorough and answered all our questions, always with a genuine smile! He guided us through the selection of vehicles and offered suggestions in our budget. He even offered us a tour of the facility which no other dealer offered us. He also introduced me to Jack Davis in sales consultant to finalize my car buying experience. After driving the car a few times, I had trouble setting up my android phone and had some other questions. I went to Valley Honda, my local dealership, and asked if someone could help me. I spoke with Ken Negley, Sales Consultant. Ken was fantastic! He Was very personable and went above and beyond taking his time with me deleting info that was left in the car's system, resetting features, setting up my phone and going over features of the car. He even suggested going for a ride to demonstrate features and adjust navigation features! He explained that this is what they would have done had the car been bought at Valley Honda. After service like this, I will be bringing the car to Valley Honda for service needs. Thank you! More
