We test drove both and looked at all the options that best suit us. There was no pressure on which one to buy or to buy one at all. We ended up trading in our vehicle and were very happy with our financing. First purchase at Valley Honda Joe was fantastic to our family of 4. He was super friendly, respectful, and helpful! Joe made the experience positive for us. I would work with Joe again and we love our new Pilot! We also worked with Kurt G. He was super helpful in the beginning before working with Joe. He made the process of test driving extremely quick which was awesome. In other dealerships it was a huge process. Kurt also took care of us after the sale when we brought our Pilot in for accessories. He did everything to make us happy at the end of the day despite the dealerships mistake with our scheduled appointment. More

I then ask for internet quotes for exactly what I am looking for. In this case a Honda Accord Touring. I really like the features on this model. They exceeded the options I had when I owned a Lincoln MKS which was a $50,00 plus vehicle. I probably would have bought a Hybrid but a 2016 in not available. I received an immediate response with a very fair quote from Brian Vogel for purchase and he also gave me a quote for a lease. I went to the dealer to meet Brian but he was busy with another customer so he introduced me to Karina Cano. Karina was very exceptional and professional from the test drive through the final signing of the paperwork. She even helped me clean out my old car and transfer my stuff to the new vehicle. Everyone one interacted with at Valley explained all the options that were available. The finance lady was very knowledgeable and such a pleasant person who explained in detail all other options that Valley offered. I am now the proud owner of a Honda Accord Touring model. More
