Karina Cano, my sales person, helped me work my way through all the options during my test drives of a gzillion cars. She was tremendously patient, funny, and delightful to work with. Most important to me, she was not pushy! Much to her surprise , I changed my mind and bought new. I just arrived home today with my new Honda 2016 Accord! After purchase, I had a two-hour personal tutorial with Karina, who showed me how to manage all the bells and whistles of the newest technology. The depth of her car knowledge is astounding, but most important, she made what is usually a dreadful experience for me a pleasant one. More
