A lot of salespeople operate on auto-pilot--Andy is an alert, conscientious professional. If he were a bartender, he'd not only memorize your drink but know the exact moment when to start the refill. Not a lot of people can hone their radar as well he can. He made this deal happen with his character--and I had no problem whatsoever letting him lead me through it.
