I originally came in looking for a certified used car and through working with Brandon ended up with a new Civic because of their great prices, something that I originally thought was out of my price range. Brandon was always helpful and friendly throughout the process of looking and searching for the car that I wanted. I never felt pressured to choose one car over another or make a purchase with them. After working with other dealerships I ultimately made my decision to buy from Valley Honda as I felt they were much more friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process than anywhere else. I was wholly impressed by the Valley Honda dealership: the facility is beautiful, the employees are friendly and service-oriented, and the service department is immaculate. Katy Meyer helped us throughout this process, from answering questions submitted via email to arranging for our ideal vehicle to be procured and purchasing said vehicle. In all of our interactions with her, we found Katy to be helpful, professional, and fair. I didn't feel as though any games were played and prices (i.e., the price of the vehicle to be purchased and the amount offered for the vehicle we traded in) were very fair. After our experience with Katy and Valley Honda, I would be hard pressed to purchase a vehicle from anyone else (other than Katy) or from any other dealership! More

Fox Valley Honda not only gave me the best deal for my trade in value, they were exceptionally kind, informative and professional towards me. Everybody there is just great, especially both Nikki and Tommy. They really took a lot of time to work with me on a great deal. This experience made me forget the rhetorical shady stereotypes that people sometimes experience at car dealerships. Three days ago I drove off the lot in my new 2015 CRV EXL. I'm in heaven! Long story short, the Valley Honda team stood behind their promise of "making it right" and worked with us on a deal to replace the car with a new Civic.
