He had numbers on the car for me before I even walked in the door and a car ready for me to test drive. His product knowledge was fantastic and made sure I understood everything before I left. I was out the door in my new car in a little over 2 hours total! And I've never seen a service department get a car so clean before it leaves. Nice job guys. More

They pretend they care about yo Very often when you are car shopping, you feel, no, you KNOW that all that the dealership wants to do, is rip you off. They pretend they care about you, but the moment they feel you MIGHT not be interested in getting the car, they become rude, and unprofessional. Well, that wasn't the case with Valley Honda at all. From the beginning Dave Kemp mentioned that "he is new to the sales team, but one thing he should let us know is that their mission is satisfying the customer", and blah-blah-blah. But as we test drove the car, and I mentioned things I didn't like about the car, he seemed to genuinely care, and said that you can't drive a car for three years (I am leasing the car) if you don't love it. He made some suggestions as to what I can get and what I would expect in terms of price increase, etc. All this time he would apologize if he didn't know anything because he was new, and NEVER ONCE did he try to say something without being sure: he would go check on his information and come back 100% sure. But in terms of knowledge about the car itself, he was great: the guy has built two cars from scratch:) Then we got to meet Kevin during the negotiations. The guy is amazing, professional and funny. Kevin, if you are reading this, we still owe you a case of beer:) He did everything he could to make us happy at the end of the negotiations. I am very happy with the car I got, everyone likes my "alien spaceship" Honda Civic, equipped with so many screens. I didn't LOVE the power of the car initially, but well, I knew what I was getting, plus in 3 days I got used to it and it feels great now! The cherry on top in my experience was seeing the owner in the dealership walking around with service guys, opening doors for everyone, if someone needed something, he would say I'll get it, and go do it. During lunch the dealership smelled very nice: Dave was directing us back inside from the test drive trough the service facilities. I saw everyone having lunch, and it turns out the owner caters for his employees every weekend and on every holiday, and from fancy restaurants, not subway:) The employees talked very nicely about the owner (NOT in his presence:). And at the end of my couple of hours spent in the dealership I understood how/why people there could genuinely care about the customers. Kudos to the owner for instilling great values in his employees serving a great example himself! More
