Another good experience I brought my Pilot in for a minor scheduled service. Kristina explained everything and checked for recalls, which there were none. They finished 30 mi I brought my Pilot in for a minor scheduled service. Kristina explained everything and checked for recalls, which there were none. Great Salesperson! Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at Oswaldo was awesome to work with. Let me first say that I came in for service on a recall for my vehicle. So while I was waiting I decided to look at the SUV's outside with the intention of buying sometime in the future. Oswaldo was outside at the time and asked I needed help which I replied just looking. So in talking to him I ended up taking 3 cars for a test drive. He was very knowledgable about each vehicle explaining all the features. In the end I traded in my vehicle that I came for service and bought the 1st CRV he showed me.
