I don’t write reviews but this one is required. I took my car in for paint work for the hood on my Ford Explorer. The paint was chipping. Although it’s not the dealer doing the work they obviously never my car in for paint work for the hood on my Ford Explorer. The paint was chipping. Although it’s not the dealer doing the work they obviously never inspected it. It’s been back 4 times. The last time they never tightened the bolts on the hook for the latch of my hood. I had to pull over on the expressway so it didn’t come lose. Unacceptable for a place that prides themselves on doing anything they can for the customer. The attention to detail is lacking to say the least. More
