Professionalism Exemplified! I was warmly greeted as I entered the showroom. I described the car I wished to test drive to the receptionist and she told me the salesperson to whom I was warmly greeted as I entered the showroom. She then invited me to sit down and indicated that someone would come to help me. Within a very few minutes a gentleman was at my side and pointed out to me that the car I was interested in had already been brought to the showroom door. I drove the car for awhile and when I returned to the showroom Therese All had returned from her lunch break. What followed was a very thorough discussion of the particular car I was interested in and which included all the financial options available to me. I had lost my husband of 57 years 6 months previously and this was a whole new experience for me. Everyone was extremely kind and professional helping me through the car buying process and I felt very comfortable throughout this new situation. I had already visited 2 other dealers in my quest for a new car and Van Bortel Subaru is head and shoulders above any other dealers in their professionalism, and all aspects of customer interaction.
