I contacted them and they did a very good job of working with me and my schedule. They held the vehicle for me until I could get to the dealership. Andrew (the salesman) was very professional, as well as he worked diligently with me to answer any concerns, address any issues, and do everything he could to represent me and my viewpoint to the dealership. Matt and the financing department went out of their way to work with some financial timing issues I had, as well as get me a good rate for financing. There were some issues that needed help from the service department. Again I was treated very well by everyone involved. The service manager did not rush me, my concerns, or act like I was being a pain to him. (Even though we were past closing time) He worked with me until I was satisfied. Overall this was a very good purchase experience. If my experience is a representation of how this dealership operates, I would recommend First Chrysler to anyone. More

Great Service on replacing Front wheel bearing. I called Dan Welnetz, and told him about my car not sounding right. He took it for a test drive and thought it might be the front wheel bearing, whic I called Dan Welnetz, and told him about my car not sounding right. He took it for a test drive and thought it might be the front wheel bearing, which is what it turned out to be. I had it replaced once before so the part was covered by warranty. Polite Service Reps and great customer service. The repairs were diagnosed and completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Everyone I met from the technician to Dan to Bill the gentlemen that brought my vehicle back were wonderful. What a great team of people. More
