This is another addendum review for Van Horn Nissan in Stevens Point. I gave a positive review and then added a very negative review when I discovered damaged areas in my Rogue. Sales Manager Joseph Glenetski contacted me and offered to correct any issues I had. I returned my Rogue to the Dealer and the service people repaired the damage to near new condition. I am now very satisfied with the dealership and my original opinion of Van Horn Nissan has been restored. We stopped by to look at a used car and no one bothered to come out to the lot and ask if we needed help. I went inside to ask about the vehicle I was looking at and the salesperson was rude. I gave a very positive review then but recently discovered a tear in the rear ceiling plus damage to the interior of the lift gate from someone who h I gave a very positive review then but recently discovered a tear in the rear ceiling plus damage to the interior of the lift gate from someone who hauled 2 by 4's or pipe that slid back into the interior plastic wall of the lift. additionally the ceiling area was quite dirty(several spots along the upper edge). I accept some blame for not noticing this damage during the purchase; I failed to perform a thorough inspection. I do feel the the dealer should have repaired and/or fixed this if not at least mentioned this. Like I said I should have been more diligent in my inspection. The dealer should have been more honest during the sale. More
