New Service Manager, Chuck, was very condescending and rude. I was calling about a Safety Recall, he could have explained it in a better way, being a manager. The recall fix has not been issued, but it rude. I was calling about a Safety Recall, he could have explained it in a better way, being a manager. The recall fix has not been issued, but it is a important safety recall that states your car could catch on fire. His response was, " #1, this has only happened 3 times in the whole world, so the likely hood that it will happen to you is low, #2, We will not pay for you a rental to drive around while we wait on the recall." I simply told him that I had importance business and was afraid to drive my car long distance and wanted to know if they could help me out with a loaner for a short time. His response, "We don't have loaners". I thanked him and hung up. I guess that's one reason why the change of employees is so frequent!! Go figure. Some of the people here are good, it's just the rotten apples that hurts. More

Worst experience ever buying a car. Dealer so called pre sold me a car that never showed up. After I already signed the paperwork on the car, and never once called and let me know the c Dealer so called pre sold me a car that never showed up. After I already signed the paperwork on the car, and never once called and let me know the car never made it. I had to call the dealership multiple times just to get answers. Absolutely no customer service. Fast forward 1 week and 780 miles later, the check engine light comes on on the car and I call the dealership. Their response is can’t get an appointment to look at the car for 16 days. Just keep driving it nothing will happen is what they said. Called the salesmen that sold me the car, and he said he will call me back. Still haven’t herd nothing in 2 hours from the time I called. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership you like customer service as there is none here. I would rate this dealership with a 0 star rating. More
