I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my son utilizing Auto Trader when I saw an add from Van Hyundai that was one of the least expensive on the website. I called and spoke to Mike the internet utilizing Auto Trader when I saw an add from Van Hyundai that was one of the least expensive on the website. I called and spoke to Mike the internet manager and asked if he could send more pictures of the vehicle and he did. He held the vehicle until I arrived the next day only requiring a screen shot of my itinerary. My sales person Laura did an outstanding job and was waiting to pick me up at DFW. She‘s friendly, knowledgeable and made sure any questions or issues I had were answered or corrected. An example of this is I noticed a fee that was not listed on the webpage. I brought it to her attention and she said it would be taken care of and it was. Even financing was pretty painless. I had been pre approved by my financial institution but, Rahim asked if he could try to beat their rate and he did. There was a misunderstanding on the warranty, but when I contacted them, they had him call back and it was cleared up. To be honest this was one of the best overall car buying experiences I have had period. They kept their word on what we agreed to on my purchase. I will say so far so good and in my case it was worth traveling there to buy. I would most definitely recommend them based on my overall experience. More
