Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Everyone was amazing! I bought a new 2017 Santa Fe Sport. When I went in that day, I honestly didn't think I would be able to afford it, and figured Everyone was amazing! I bought a new 2017 Santa Fe Sport. When I went in that day, I honestly didn't think I would be able to afford it, and figured at best I might be able to get a pre-owned car. Ryan White was my salesman. He did a great job of getting to understand my finances and how much I could spend, and then worked with his manager to get the car into my price range. Best car shopping experience I've ever had! One of the previous questions was if I would recommend Van Hyundai to others. I already have! I have recommended the dealership and Ryan in particular to several of my friends. But it wasn't just Ryan who was great. I can't remember everyone else's names, but his manager came in and introduced himself when he was helping to get things into my price range. I met someone from the service department who ran me through all the things you guys offer and how to track when various services were needed. I didn't sign up for the BlueLink service, but the guy who presented it was very friendly and informative. And the lady that did the financing paperwork and set me up with the vehicle maintenance plan was helpful as well in making sure I was getting the best deal possible within my price range. Every single person I met was friendly and professional---even when I was just waiting in the TV room waiting for the car to be detailed, everyone who came in was friendly and spoke to me. I have been to other dealerships in the past where if my finances didn't meet their price, they basically just dismissed me. But here, even though my finances didn't fit perfectly, it felt like everyone involved stepped up to do what they could to help get me a deal that worked. If this is the level of service you guys offer all the time, you have a customer for life! More

They worked really hard to obtain financing for me which I'm sure was quite a difficult task with my poor credit history.
