The dealership did try to sell additional services and products, but this has been normal with other dealerships we have purchased other vehicles with. The salesman, Alan Camargo, was very professional the entire time, working with us and for us. He came highly recommended from a friend, and that recommendation did prove to be true. More

Jakob Waldbusser was always the pivot point in all our dealings, and they always resulted in a transaction that was to our satisfaction and met with our already 'stubborn' want list ... equally in financial terms (we usually bought in cash and once with financing), and in the options we 'had' to have ... I have never seen them evade an issue or renege on a promise. We do not live in the immediate area, but we are not going to switch to any other dealer because of the distance. We have gone to other dealers and 'brands', and they were mostly nice people as well, but at Van's there always has been that extra effort, and feeling of integrity, and service to our needs. And that is why I wholeheartedly recommend these folks! More

I had purchased or leased my p This was my fifth consecutive Hyundai auto purchase, and Lou Margetis at Van Hyundai made it the most pleasant of all. I had purchased or leased my past three cars at Huffines Hyundai in Plano, and went there tire kicking a week prior. I was met with high pressure tactics and literally chased to my car by both salesman and sales manager when I wasn't ready to close. I am a straight commissioned salesman and learned many years ago that those tactics do not produce lasting relationships with customers. From the very outset, Lou did his job very well. He took the time to not only qualify me as a buyer, but to begin the building of a friendship and long term relationship. I will return there, and will certainly refer my friends to Lou when they indicate a desire to buy a new car. More
