This was my third time getting my oil changed here as i have a lease. I was pleased with my first two times but this last time kind of turned me off. I was at about 18,000 miles and the service technician have a lease. I was pleased with my first two times but this last time kind of turned me off. I was at about 18,000 miles and the service technician that helped me recommended I spend about $1000 on different services. I kindly declined and then left thinking how is it possible that I should be spending so much money on a car with barely any miles. Not sure I will go back. More

The service always not good, short answers. All the time the representative get me the new you don’t get any car. Meanwhile, your car is in the service and when you ask him something they tell All the time the representative get me the new you don’t get any car. Meanwhile, your car is in the service and when you ask him something they tell you leave the car for a week or two and then they’re going to do inspection without giving you answer how are you going to transfer this time. I will not buy jeep again for sure More
