All of the people in the office were super nice. I got an oil change and tire rotation and they didn’t rotate my tires… i marked them with chalk and checked the pressure before i dropped it off and I got an oil change and tire rotation and they didn’t rotate my tires… i marked them with chalk and checked the pressure before i dropped it off and they were all in the same spot.. dropped my car off at 9am car wasn’t ready until 4. They did pay to Uber me home and sent an Uber to bring me back to the service center though. More

Worst dealership ever. Bought a brand new 2022 car there and within a month, car broke down on me. Took it in and they said everything was fine. Ended up breaking down on m Bought a brand new 2022 car there and within a month, car broke down on me. Took it in and they said everything was fine. Ended up breaking down on me 7 more times for a total of 8 times. Car was a lemon and when asked for help, they said and I quote “it wasn’t their problem”. No one there knows what they are doing and when I asked to speak with individuals that helped me with my car, they no longer worked there. When confronted them, they made all these promises that were never kept. Ended up getting a lawyer because they never stepped in to deal with the issue. If you want to deal with incompetent people, by all means get your car there. Worst place for customer service!!!!!! More
