Being a female it can be intimidating to walk into the service department at any dealer. When I walked into the service department not one of the 5 gentleman behind the desk even acknowledged me or greete service department at any dealer. When I said good morning, the response I received was “we will be with you in a minute. Really 5 guys behind the desk and at this time I’m the only customer in there and I have to wait? Worse, I wasnt even greeted. They kept my car overnight with no loaner, drove it 150 miles and called me to tell me they need to drive it another 100 plus miles. The service at Jeep has went down. I’ve been with Jeep for my past 2 cars and the current car. I really don’t think I will be going back to any Jeep More

Id be weary with these guys. I called agreeing to purchase 100k TRX. Upon getting the numbers, they sneak an additional $4k in “aftermarket taxes” which is bogus. Say no more, I will not do business with someone who lacks integrity and clearly is all about greed. I buy 4-5 cars a year, so im not naive.
