Beware dealer "add-ons"! I bought a certified used 2019 Jeep Cherokee looking to trade in my car as well. I was happy with the listed sales price although hoped they might co I bought a certified used 2019 Jeep Cherokee looking to trade in my car as well. I was happy with the listed sales price although hoped they might come down some on that but they wanted to charge another $2,500 for "dealer add-ons" $495 for nitrogen in the tires, $1,495 for some GPS theft deterrent system, and another $495 for who knows what. They told me they do those add-ons on all their cars and can't take them back. They did come up $3,000 on my trade in to match the offer I had from Carvana but I ended-up paying $1,000 over advertised price and now they tell me I did not get the GPS theft deterrent system! These people are not straight shooters. I gave 2 stars because I do like the car I bought and they did match my Carvana offer but I'm really disappointed in the BS add-ons. My salesperson was Justin. We custom ordered a truck. What came in was not what I ordered. I wanted a RAM 1500 EcoDiesel 4x4 with an off road package, what came in had a sport package. When it came to working the deal I was told they couldn't come close to what price I was told at the time of the order... I was then forced to pay for some BS etching on the car, and then they said they could drop the price to off-set for this service I didn't want, showing that they could lower the price. I asked to see where on the truck they were going to put these dumb stickers, they got shady, and I went out to the truck to find that the stickers were already placed on my truck, and placed poorly in spots I wouldn't choose and put on crooked. Not cool at all. Eventually the manage, a female was able to drop the price a bit to make me happier. Now I am shoping for rims/tires and shocks to obtain a vehicle worthy of having 4x4. More
