Solid service from Junior. Good communication and delivery of updates. My only complaint was they said they’d vacuum and wash the car complimentary and when I picked it up that wasn’t done and the se delivery of updates. My only complaint was they said they’d vacuum and wash the car complimentary and when I picked it up that wasn’t done and the seat cover and paper foot mat were sloppily placed. Normally this isn’t a big issue thing - but in the service industry attention to promises matters. Overall satisfied, room for improvement. Thanks guys! More
