I had a great experience with ARMEN... Made time for me on a busy day and made sure all was perfect with my Dodge Ram before I picked it up.. Polite and a total pro... The repair appears to be satisfactory, but the hourly labor rate (240!) was the highest I’ve ever seen anywhere, dealership or not. It took them a week to get to my vehicle, and they double charged me fo labor rate (240!) was the highest I’ve ever seen anywhere, dealership or not. It took them a week to get to my vehicle, and they double charged me for coolant (the service rep promised a refund within a week). The value for the money was extraordinarily poor. More
