I was there for an oil change, and the Service Agent offered the 30,000 mile service for my car. Which included the oil change and other things. Bare in mind I just refinanced my car and purchased a ser offered the 30,000 mile service for my car. Which included the oil change and other things. Bare in mind I just refinanced my car and purchased a service contract that would cover these expenses. I ask how much it would be and he said it would be a total of $900 dollars with my service contract in use. ???? Makes no sense that I should pay that when you would think the service contract would have you save money. That’s a whole down payment on a car. Basically $1000 dollars because they always add extra fees when you go back for your car. The agents want to make their commission and I know that but cmon $900 with this pandemic, no thanks I’ll keep my money. My service contract did cover my oil change and multipoint inspection/tire rotation. I’d love to pay $900 but I have the smallest jeep suv not a Mercedes or bmw. Bye 👋 More

They sweep you off your feet when you are buying making you all types of promises. Two days after purchase the check engine light comes on, you take it to service and there is no explain given.
