Unlike the Santa Monica location dealer, your dealership has clearly marked lanes where to pull in so no need for a service advisor to chastise the customer. I’ve never received correct information, and it always costs me way more than I’ve been quoted. The various departments don’t speak to each other, they just pass the buck around.
