The car was well taken care of, but this is the time of Covid. I had to wait for a long time inside before they got to me once I was there. Also, when I went to pick up my car, one of their workers was on his phone with NO mask...OY!!!! I had to complain to the manager. Please care enough about your customers and your workers to protect each other insisting on everyone wearing a mask. More

Only gave it a one because there wasn't a lower rating available! Horrible Dealership, they don't respect their customers time at all ! To many "sales" people walking around texting, playing games on thei available! Horrible Dealership, they don't respect their customers time at all ! To many "sales" people walking around texting, playing games on their phones, ignoring customers, only one of three Finance employees who was sitting in their office was actually processing a customer, the other two Finance people were talking to employees or texting/watching movies on their phones while customers trying to get processed where left stranded waiting for "service". Told repeatedly my new car would be ready in 10 minutes, almost two hours later I am still waiting for it to be gassed and washed. None of the "Management" people I spoke with cared or did anything to follow up. They are all to busy having fun with each other to take care of customers. My salesman was relatively new and though he tried, he could not work through the poor management and totally inefficient systems currently in place to get what needed to get done done in a reasonable time frame. Oh and they never even offered to show me any of the details on how to operate or customize the features on the new car. Once I signed on the dotted line it was like I didn't matter at all and was totally ignored. If you want to waste 4-5 HOURS of your time trying to buy a car, love getting ignored and put off while the employees play with each other, THIS is the perfect place for you! Cars are a commodity! The only thing a "Dealership" has to offer YOU is Customer SERVICE. This dealership totally fails at that and does not really understand or CARE about what business they are really in. More
