Awesome service! The staff was very professional and helpful and they made sure my deal went through with no problems. I would like to thank manager Joe and Mickel in finance and especially Wallid the s helpful and they made sure my deal went through with no problems. I would like to thank manager Joe and Mickel in finance and especially Wallid the salesman who was very patient and polite but most important is that he got us the car we were looking for. And as the deal was in process the news kept getting better and better as we got an amazing deal. Thanks to all of you at this dealership. I bought a Jeep because I've always wanted a Wrangler, but I will buy a second Jeep because the service is so great. Johnny did a great job of keeping me updated on repairs timing, getting me to/from my h but I will buy a second Jeep because the service is so great. Is there an option for 0 stars? The service department is a nightmare. They broke the latch to our Wrangler's soft top, "fixed it" but not there is air coming through. Mike wasn't willing to budge with something when our advisor was trying to help us out. It's almost as if he was trying to make our lives impossible. Then my husband was asked if he wanted our Jeep washed before getting it back. So thinking it would be a quick thing he said yes. Two hours later, he was still waiting. So note to self, don't bother going for the care wash offer. If this was the only Jeep dealer, we definitely would be getting into something else. They NEVER provide a good experience here. I'm definitely switching dealers. More

Payman was 100% friendly and nice right when I walked in.
