Had to go there 5 times to pick up my spare key for my new truck. Every time I’ve went, they said they didn’t have it and must of misplaced it after I called the previous days to make sure it was in. Stil new truck. Every time I’ve went, they said they didn’t have it and must of misplaced it after I called the previous days to make sure it was in. Still never got an owners manual for my truck either. Service department are respectful but the people on the floor are very rude and full of themselves. More
