Came in for a service and to get my leaking tire looked at. no problems with service but I was told they would have to order me a new tire as mine was not repairable. I showed up two days later to leave my car to finish the service and have the tire replaced and they changed the wrong tire. I drove off the lot and got back to my house 25 miles away realizing that my pressure had dropped 5 lb The next day I get into my car to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and sure enough it was down 10 lb of pressure. Call the dealership and spoke to Hector explain the situation and he said to me bring it in and we'll make it right. Never once did I get an apology. How do you change the wrong tire? Since my initial review, Jimmy from their service center has reached out to me multiple times to make things right. He was sincere and very helpful. They turned out to be as flakey as the reviews have talked about. I'm not sure what there game is for some reason they string you along never giving you the price on the vehicle I kept asking over and over again, the salesman kept saying he would give me the price but never would. We communicated through the internet, I had to write them and push them to get any answers at all. Finally I gave up, I didn't need the vehicle bad enough to deal with them anymore. I don't know how or why these dealerships are aloud to stay in business. It's probably a good thing I didn't get a vehicle from these guys, if it is this bad trying to buy from them I can't imagine if something went wrong the vehicle how bad it would be to get it fixed. I think I dodged a bullet on this one if I were you I would never buy anything from this dealership. More
